  One thing that I find an issue with in many stores nowadays is there are no shopping carts for the disabled. The only thing available is regular shopping carts. My best friend has multiple sclerosis and walks with a walker. Now in a store walking around quite a bit he gets tired easily and needs to sit. If he had a motorized cart or a wheel chair cart this would not be a problem. He, and I'm sure there are other people as well, cannot enjoy their shopping experience and mostly are stuck with few choices because they can't shop in stores without these shopping carts. Walmart and Target are the only two in the Hermitage, Donelson area. C'mon guys do better!!

  Great store, clean and the associates are so nice!! Such a great variety of items. Can't wait to go back.

  Go in and get a basket full of stuff wait in line then hear cashier tell someone else. You can only use cash system down or whatever. That was terrible customer service!!

  Love this store! Always clean and organized when I'm there. It's like Marshall's but better. The prices are lower too.

  This Hermitage store is my favorite store to shop at. It’s clean, organized, super friendly staff, items are coordinated and beautifully displayed. It’s just a joy to enter those doors and I very seldom walk out empty handed. Thanks from a much appreciated customer.
