  Not sure why they even have a phone number. I've been on hold for 45 minutes and I've been put on hold 3 times. No one can answer nothing and good luck getting to the department your trying to reach.. Im guessing they hire whomever will take the job. Shop local and save your money and sanity

  Solicited for a credit card before even entering. Then solicited for a Holiday Inn package. After saying No several times we just left. They were really pushy. Bathrooms were clean though and the fish tank was cool.

  ★★★★★ Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World in Nashville is an awesome store. It’s huge, has an incredible selection of outdoor gear, and there’s so much to see that you could easily spend hours walking around. The displays and overall setup make the whole place feel like an experience rather than just a store. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we found everything we were looking for. Definitely worth checking out, even if you’re just browsing. We’ll definitely be back!

  The store is beautiful but we were fealt overwhelmed by the Hilton guys trying to sell time shares. They are relentless and we were aproached 3 times so we just decided to leave. Wish we could have shopped more. It was my wifes first time (she is from Europe) and I was really excited to show her the store.

  I've never had a more painfully ignorant online order pick up in my entire life. I shopped for a new hiking/gym bag last night and was surprised to see the order fulfillment email at 0715 this morning in my inbox. When I arrived at the store to pick the order up I spoke with a lady at the desk who asked for my ID which I promptly handed her, then after a few more minutes, she asked if I know the order number I then pulled up the email and recited the order number. After another five to seven minutes she asked if I knew what the item was that I was here to pick up, I replied "yes" and let her know the item. She then went into an area behind the counter three different times and said that someone else had the order and just to wait. Next, she used the intercom to call the pickers that allegedly had the item and the three showed her the item in the area she had already looked. All that hassle first thing in the morning for no reason. Tennessee's finest.. I do enjoy the rustic decorations and "Smoky Mountain" vibes from the store though.
