  I'd give a 4 or even a 5 if I wasn't heckled every time I walk in the store. But now it's also while I am in the store at several locations. Aaaand then again on the way out. It's ridiculous! I don't want your credit card. I don't want your timeshare. I don't want to see a rodeo. I just came in to look at sporting goods... But, I'm so pissed off by the high pressure tactics that I don't buy anything.

  Annise at store #09 in Nashville is the SWEETEST! i was looking for a size in a specific color in a long sleeve tee, and after asking for help, she looked it up and saw that the store had 2 of the size i needed. she asked me to hang tight because she can go check in the back which can take about 10 mins. she came back in clutch with the size and color of what i was looking for!!!! i feel like most stores would have simply said “what’s out is out” and wouldn’t take the time to check, but she did. she is SO kind and i would like her to be recognized!!! we need more people like Annise in our community <3

  Today has been my worst experience ever with this location! I’m in the market for a new micro compact! I bought an Sig P365 SAS from this location. Honestly the worst gun I ever bought due to the terrible optics but only SIG knew that. Figured I’d look at trading it in before spending another $700 on a firearm. They offered me 28% of the initial price they sold it to me for! I expected the industry norm of 40-60% but they know the gun the sold me sucks! Those SAS optics went obsolete for a reason! They spent over 30 minutes appraising it. I ask the 2 people just standing at the counter if they could show me a few micro compact hand guns since I want to purchase different gun TODAY. So instead of helping me find my next purchase they just let me stand there! I’m here to buy another firearm not just sell them one. I was clear on this! Then the guy the two associates said would take care off me hands my gun to another associate and tells him to take me upfront! Three employees failed your business today! Three employees lost you $700-$900 sale today alone! And quite possibly additional purchases because I buy a lot from you! I drove 30 minutes to be brushed off! How low are your gun sales with these three working back there. Who in tarnation let’s someone stand around and not look at guns when they’re in the market for something different! You’re really going to make me walk to the front of the store get my weapon then walk back and look at guns! Critical thinking and customer service is spent! What a shame!

  Great Merrell foot wear selection! I bought a 2nd Pair of MOAB Speed Strike 2's. These shoes are reasonably priced for the level of comfort and longevity they provide. MOAB Speed] strike 2's are difficult to find in retail stores as well as Merrell Outlet stores. A PLUS - Merrell makes these shoes in a variety of unique color combos for both men and women! BEST FEATURE...the shoes are great for warm/Hot weather and trails with slippery surfaces. Im still wearing my 1st set in the photos and I will continue to purchase this style only.

  The actual store is so cool to visit . I love looking around there even if I don't really need anything since this is something really new to me coming from NYC . The negative part of my experience every time are those sales people that advertise a deal on a vacation supposedly. They block the nice waterfall area which I really want to hang out by and constantly disturb people. My very first visit as a tourist I was nice enough to listen to one of them and give my email address for promotions. I was later contacted by phone about a potential itinerary for the Smoky Mountains. I asked the representative to email me an invoice with the details of it and I can think about it . She said that's not available until I make a payment. Sounds like a scam to me . If they can move their desk to somewhere else in the store that would be better instead of blocking the nice waterfall view .
