Walking into Ariat right after was a completely different experience. I was greeted immediately, and when I asked for help, the associate was in the middle of something but still treated me like a priority. She explained exactly how the boots should feel, how they should slide on, and even coached me through using the boot jack. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I left feeling confident in my purchase and absolutely love my boots. The customer service here made all the difference.

They bought themselves their new boots and jeans and long sleeve shirts and a cowboy hat 🤠. They were content. Let’s just say. Thank you to the sells guys. They were very helpful snd not pushy. They knew what they were doing fitting the guys their boots cowboy boots 🥾. We love Ariat in Nashville Tennessee!! Recommend them to anyone that is looking for some good boots! Me, I got some really nice jeans and jacket that matched. I already have plenty of boots and so does my husband in his nice linen suits. Helped with sizing, styles and type as well as grabbing clothing as necessary and still found time to answer questions and also took the time to help my son purchase his first pair of western boots.
