  Literally the best service from Brooke at the hat bar! I bought an Ariat hat at another shop but it wasn't quite right. Brooke fixed my hat up and made it perfect. Don't mess around buying a hat on Broadway, just come here and get something special.

  My wife needed new boots. Since I always buy Ariats, when i saw the store there was no question as to whether we were going in to browse. Jesse Montgomery, our salesperson, was super friendly and helpful. Not only did he help my wife find the perfect pair of boots, he chatted with us and gave us a little local history of Nashville. This was a plus since we were just passing thru and wanted to visit the Honky Tonk Highway. Jesse was able to give us a little context and background, which made our visit that much more interesting and fun. Thank you. 👍🏻 If I lived in Nashville, this would be my go to place for new boots. Highly recommended!

  Purchased not 1 but 2 pairs of cowboy boots at Ariat during my time in Nashville. I wear a wide calf boot and it's usually hard for me to find boots that fit. The Ariat staff was great in helping me find pairs of boots that fit my calf and explain which styles would be the best fit. Plus, these boots are SO COMFORTABLE! People often say- oh don't wear cowboy boots when you first get them around town they'll be uncomfortable! That's not the case with these! I walked all over Nashville and my feet didn't hurt once!

  I visited the shop a year back (Easter of 2025). After a very quick browse, I was approached by a shop helper which in a gentle way asked me out on my wishes and needs. I usually like to be left alone to have a broader look and then ask for help. But in this case I felt the correct shop vibes quickly. I was guided through some pair of boots before the correct one were 'glued' to my feet. To be guided through different models of anything ending up with something that feels right is a privilege. To find a pair of boots that just is right is rare! Thank you! ("apologizes" to the neighbor downstairs for wearing the boots in the living room instead of slippers ...)

  If you’re new to cowboy hats and boots, this is the place to go! I knew absolutely nothing and was a little embarrassed at first, but Macey and the staff here made me feel welcomed, were extremely knowledgeable, and I left feeling confident. I purchased a hat, boots, pants, and a button up. They were great quality and Macey even grabbed me new sizes when the first I selected didn’t fit. She shaped my hat and I couldn’t be happier with the way it fits. Thank you guys for an amazing experience!
