    Cleanest and most well organized AE and Aerie in middle TN. Employees are friendly and provide great customer service. Shopping in these stores is genuinely fun because everything is displayed so nicely.

    My experience at this store was great. I didn’t realize it was an American Eagle and Aerie combined, I met Kayla who helped me for well over an hour. She recommended some leggings, I bought 3 pairs and love them! She was friendly and helpful, she needs a promotion! She also helped my daughter in American Eagle , exceptional customer service! This store also has so much more to offer compared to Opry Mills mall and the Mt Juliet store . We will definitely be coming back!

    I had a great experience today while exchanging some items. Kayla was beyond helpful with giving me suggestions on putting together outfits. I ended up wanting to get the “Coffee Run” set but this location didn’t have the size I needed, and it was sold out online. So she called around to other locations to find one in stock and had them put it on hold for me! She is the absolute sweetest, I’m so thankful for her and her help today.

    If shopping on Black Friday is stressful and overwhelming for customers, I can’t imagine how the employees feel! Everyone at this location was joyful, eager to help and worked together like a well oiled machine! Not only did I find everything I wanted (and then some) but I had a good time doing it! I can only credit the staff for making my shopping experience an absolute pleasure!!
