  Cleanest and most well organized AE and Aerie in middle TN. Employees are friendly and provide great customer service. Shopping in these stores is genuinely fun because everything is displayed so nicely.

  I went into the store today and was looking for something very specific for an event I have coming up. Kayla was the first associate in the store to acknowledge and interact with me. Not only did she help me find exactly what I needed, but she was very kind and enthusiastic. She made my experience a 100/10!!

  I had a very poor customer experience today at the American Eagle store in Tanger Outlets, Nashville. They refused to accept my returns, even though the merchandise was unused, with tags attached, and I had the receipt. The manager, while not rude, was definitely unhelpful and misrepresented American Eagle’s return policies, which I could clearly read on the back of my receipt. Manager said she can only exchange it with a different size in the same pattern and color. For me the size was perfect, I was looking for other patterns. Rather than argue, I went to the American Eagle store in Mt. Juliet at Providence Marketplace, where they processed my return in just a couple of minutes without any issues. I will never visit the American Eagle store at Tanger Outlets again and recommend others avoid it as well. There are other stores in the city that provide much better customer service.

  I was so uncomfortable here. When I was shopping I was trying to look at the jeans, and an employee working here would not give me the space to look even as I patiently stood there for a while because she was stocking and did not care to give me the space to look. She could have at least let me look for a couple of minutes then continued to stock but she did not care to give me the space and blocked half of the section. She even pushed against me at one point to get through without saying excuse me. Then I had jeans that I changed my mind on, and I didn’t want to lay them in a random place, so I asked nicely if she could take them. This girl rolls her eyes at me, took the jeans, and made no comment. Maybe she had a bad day and took it out on me, but regardless it was so rude and terrible customer service from an employee.
