- MAM AApr 17, 20255.0My experience at this store was great. I didn’t realize it was an American Eagle and Aerie combined, I met Kayla who helped me for well over an hour. She recommended some leggings, I bought 3 pairs and love them! She was friendly and helpful, she needs a promotion! She also helped my daughter in American Eagle , exceptional customer service! This store also has so much more to offer compared to Opry Mills mall and the Mt Juliet store . We will definitely be coming back!
- APAshesh PothurajuOct 20, 20241.0I had a very poor customer experience today at the American Eagle store in Tanger Outlets, Nashville. They refused to accept my returns, even though the merchandise was unused, with tags attached, and I had the receipt. The manager, while not rude, was definitely unhelpful and misrepresented American Eagle’s return policies, which I could clearly read on the back of my receipt. Manager said she can only exchange it with a different size in the same pattern and color. For me the size was perfect, I was looking for other patterns. Rather than argue, I went to the American Eagle store in Mt. Juliet at Providence Marketplace, where they processed my return in just a couple of minutes without any issues. I will never visit the American Eagle store at Tanger Outlets again and recommend others avoid it as well. There are other stores in the city that provide much better customer service.
