  I am extremely disappointed. I expected a luxury brand experience at alo yoga Green Hills in Nashville and got the exact opposite. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The store manager had zero customer service skills. Zero willingness to help, zero kindness, and such a disrespectful attitude like I was doing HER a favor by walking in. It’s a shame for a brand like alo to employ people like this. For these prices, you expect at least basic human decency. I didn’t get anything here. Alo, you should be ashamed.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service at this location is terrible. I’ve spent A LOT of money there in the past year, and every time we go in store, the employees are indifferent, rude, don’t offer assistance and act bothered when I ask a question. I recently tried to do my first exchange and the employee flippantly said it was too late. The manager came over and I was well within the timeframe to return/exchange. The employee didn’t apologize for her error or attitude. The service is so consistently poor that it makes me question if that’s part of their training to try to make the customer feel as though they’re lucky to be shopping there. I’ve never been to a store where the customer service is ALWAYS subpar. They need to do better. I once had a normal, helpful sales associate and I was so taken aback that I got her name and emailed a review because her positive attitude was such a rarity at this store.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Alo location. Over the past three weeks, I shopped there twice, and both times the staff ordered the wrong items for me online. Since I live in Huntsville and we do not have an Alo store nearby, this created a huge inconvenience because I had to return the items and reorder them myself. Unfortunately, the customer service in the store was very poor. Employees were more focused on talking to each other than helping customers. Even the manager showed little understanding of customer service or how to properly handle a situation. I purchased an item during the sale and simply needed to exchange it for a different color because the original one was too bright. Instead of helping, the manager was rude and disrespectful and refused to assist with the exchange. I ultimately had to contact Alo customer service directly to resolve the issue. I love the brand, but this location seriously needs better management and customer service training.
