  I’ll never understand the hype behind this store. The customer service sucks. They never have anything in stock at this store in size small for men. Never. If you ask a worker to look for you a size they won’t even look they will stand in the back pretend and come back out. I asked if they had a certain size in stock she said no as I’m looking online at it saying in stock pick up now online. Terrible experience here yesterday right before closing time when I have the time I will go in detail my experience here that has made me to never want to shop here again. Terrible people who work here. Very arrogant and rude but for what? You’re working retail the bare minimum requirement is just to be a nice person and even that isn’t achieved here.

  I am extremely disappointed. I expected a luxury brand experience at alo yoga Green Hills in Nashville and got the exact opposite. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The store manager had zero customer service skills. Zero willingness to help, zero kindness, and such a disrespectful attitude like I was doing HER a favor by walking in. It’s a shame for a brand like alo to employ people like this. For these prices, you expect at least basic human decency. I didn’t get anything here. Alo, you should be ashamed.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service at this location is terrible. I’ve spent A LOT of money there in the past year, and every time we go in store, the employees are indifferent, rude, don’t offer assistance and act bothered when I ask a question. I recently tried to do my first exchange and the employee flippantly said it was too late. The manager came over and I was well within the timeframe to return/exchange. The employee didn’t apologize for her error or attitude. The service is so consistently poor that it makes me question if that’s part of their training to try to make the customer feel as though they’re lucky to be shopping there. I’ve never been to a store where the customer service is ALWAYS subpar. They need to do better. I once had a normal, helpful sales associate and I was so taken aback that I got her name and emailed a review because her positive attitude was such a rarity at this store.

  Absolutely ❤️ this location. First time in and everyone was super helpful and nice. Lovely experience.
