  We have been customers of Toms for almost 20 years. We have bought countless tools, jewelry and electronics over the years. You will not find better quality items and the customer service is beyond amazing. We moved to Dickson a few years ago but still come back to Toms often because we have complete trust in Tom and his team! We will always recommend them!

  Met Kimberly She was the nicest associate I met and I shopped what I wanted to sell at 3 stores. Yeah they gave me the most but they gave me the best service... and being in sales and customer service for over 20 years It's nice to have that kind of experience on this side of the glass Desk counter

  Offered to buy 2 cymbal stands that are no name brand for a fair price and they didn’t want to sell. Oh well I don’t mind spending more on stands over at Drummers Den. I’ve purchased from here before but they lost me as a customer for life after that.

  They will sell your pawn without any notification at all!! They will definitely text you about your payment after one month.... but you will hear nothing after that. They are all about the dollar!!!!
