  The fruit was rotten and some even had mold growing and they still delivered it that way when i tryed reaching out i was ignored very disappointing $130.00 down the drain

  Would not recommend. Very low customer satisfaction goal. I was not contacted regarding my order until I reached out at the time delivery would have been perfect. Understanding times cannot be guaranteed, I ordered 24hours in advance (expecting a phone call to coordinate any delivery times). I was contacted halfway through the day that it was due to deliver. Driver called me and I gave permission to call me again when he arrived for retrieval, he did not hesitate to leave the FRUIT TRAY on the sidewalk in the blazing sun and called me from his vehicle. He never called and gave me a chance to meet him at the entrance, I watched him from the lobby and then I retrieved the basket before he pulled out of his parking space. Completely inconsiderate of the delivery and none extra of his time was wasted.

  My kids sent this to me as a gift. Looked okay, but…….The fruit was horrible! Nowhere near ripe. It’s was like eating styrofoam…..texture and taste were not good. The white chocolate on the strawberries was very grainy and not good. At some point I will mention to them because they work too hard for their money to waste it on this business. Your business is fruit, so how the heck do you not know how to select fruit?? I would never order from here. They ought to be ashamed of themselves!

  Placed an order to be delivered to a business on Valentine’s Day and it was NEVER delivered nor did anyone call but processed my $98 payment! No one will answer the phone and when one boy did he said my order was going out today??? After Valentine’s Day! I said no I no longer need it and want a refund and he told me to call back in 45 mins for my refund that he wasn’t in front of a computer at that time??? And I still was asking to be refunded he put me on hold and never came back...? I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business and will spread the word!!! I am about to call the local news and the BBB this place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!! I will be driving to Murfreesboro for my refund. You can’t just take people’s money! So sorry doesn’t work that way. I would hate to see the people working in here it looks bad for the whole company! They better clean it up but it might be too late! People have to be uneducated ...Never ordering from here again!
