  Extremely disappointing experience at this American Eagle store. The employee working the fitting room area was rude and dismissive from the start. We were left waiting an unreasonable amount of time for a changing room, despite multiple empty rooms being clearly visible and available. What made it worse was being lied to. My wife asked to use the restroom and was flatly told it was "out of order." This was clearly false — we personally saw staff members going in and out of that same restroom throughout our visit. Lying to customers about something this basic is unacceptable. This kind of service reflects poorly on the store and on American Eagle as a brand. I expect better treatment as a paying customer and won't be returning to this location

  I had a disappointing experience at this American Eagle location. The young woman working the fitting room area came across as rude and unhelpful. I had to wait a long time to be given a changing room, even though several were clearly empty and available. On top of that, my wife asked to use the restroom and was told it was "out of order." This seemed untrue, since employees were going in and out of it themselves during our visit. It felt dismissive and disrespectful as a customer. Overall, the customer service here needs serious improvement
