  Adding to the group of people saying how rude the employees here are. I had to pick up an order for my mom and you would think I committed a crime, just for stepping in it. I’m appalled that this is how they think to treat customers. Sorry for existing I guess?

  I had a great experience at this location! I drove in from Dallas and was heading to Tullahoma, so this location was a quick stop on the way. I placed an order online that initially said “available for pickup today” but I must have submitted it right at cutoff because when I looked at the order 2 hrs later as I walked into the store at 20 minutes before close, it now said “for pickup tomorrow”. I went in anyway and explained to the girls working (I believe one’s name is ‘Elysa’ and the other was a dark haired girl) that I was passing through and wouldn’t be close by, and both happily offered to pull the order, with no hesitation. Additionally, 2 of the 3 items were on clearance, so this took some digging through the racks and a trip to the back to look, and both of these ladies were nothing less than pleasant and accommodating. Thank you both!

  Fun place to shop but heaven forbid you need to exchange or return an item, you’ll be treated like the plague of society.

  Seems like the workers there are just mean girls. Ive felt that way multiple times but just now decided to leave a review. Went in with my sister on June 14th & looked at some biker shorts (did not touch the shorts, just looked at them on the table) & looked up to see a girl (white girl with brunette long hair) take the most exaggerated breath, roll her eyes, huff & puff as if we were inconveniencing her just by standing in that area. She then looked over at another worker & started saying something when she realize I saw her give us the ugliest look. She had a cart with her that looked like she was using it to fold items & then put them back. I guess she was upset that we were standing in an area that she needed to clean??? Im not sure what the problem was but we were there in the middle of the day (not closing time) & didn’t even touch anything in that moment. To receive that level of rudeness & irritation was so odd… If you dont like your job, either fake it til you make it or get a new one 🤍 No one should feel like they are being ostracized for quite literally SHOPPING in a STORE…

  This store has horrible customer service. They carry on conversations and then just stare at you. I was never asked if I needed help or anything. I did try on bras and was ready to buy two of them. I just put things back and walked out.
