- THTara HayesMay 10, 20265.0We went shopping at American Eagle today and had a personal appointment with Kaelyn, who did an amazing job not only helping us shop, but styling my 13-year-old from head to toe. She truly took the time to understand her style and helped find pieces that fit her perfectly. Kaelyn was so outgoing, friendly, and fun, which made the entire experience even better. On top of that, she found so many great pieces I would have completely missed and even ended up styling us both for our upcoming African safari trip! She is a complete asset to this store and an overall wonderful human being. Thank you again, Kaelyn, for such an amazing experience!

The pants I ordered AND the pants I wanted to exchange for were not in stock in store, but Raven was able to order them for me. The price was higher in store which I was willing to pay, but she looked up the price online and matched that for me, unprompted. It’s not very often you are greeted with customer service that goes above and beyond expectations, so I wanted to make sure she got her credit!! Thank you Raven!
