- AHAbby HillmanApr 28, 20261.0DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS. We stopped by this store multiple times, first talking with John, then, when John retired, with Noah. They wouldn't come out to our house and measure, so we did measurements of our own fireplace opening and sent detailed photos, and Noah never called us back. We had to call him each time. Finally we called and he said he could order an insert that would fit, but he never called us back about it. After calling 2 more times, we gave up. Advice to owners of Professional Fireplace & Chimney Service: Customer service is EVERYTHING. If you can't be organized enough to call people back, either to say you can't do the project or to take an order for an installation, why are you in business?

John did an excellent job and provided us with a detailed inspection. Many pictures where provided, for a better understanding of all the faulty construction! Do your homework, and do not trust a “contractor” just because they say they know what they are doing.GET JOHN WORTON TO INSPECT AND/OR REPAIR YOUR CHIMNEY SO THAT YOU CAN BE WORRY FREE. Contractors name Andrew Partin. I ended up having the expensive insulated Chimmney x 2 and spent least l$20:000 in repairs. Thank God for keeping the house from burning down. All was torn out and replaced huge hole and leaking roof with a skylight. Crossville is the place to get your skylight from. Good honest guy!!
