- CIcharles imondiJun 27, 20261.0The website for this company is very misleading. I went to the store Friday during business hours. No one was there, the store looks run down with ceiling panels missing and buckets on floor ro catch water. We drove 45 minutes and were very disappointed. Will look elsewhere.
- AHAbby HillmanApr 28, 20261.0DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS. We stopped by this store multiple times, first talking with John, then, when John retired, with Noah. They wouldn't come out to our house and measure, so we did measurements of our own fireplace opening and sent detailed photos, and Noah never called us back. We had to call him each time. Finally we called and he said he could order an insert that would fit, but he never called us back about it. After calling 2 more times, we gave up. Advice to owners of Professional Fireplace & Chimney Service: Customer service is EVERYTHING. If you can't be organized enough to call people back, either to say you can't do the project or to take an order for an installation, why are you in business?
