  If I could leave a zero, I would. Upon entering the store, me and my mother were greeted by the manager and we responded back in a very manner-able way. As we are browsing, we notice the manager and cashier looking at us up and down while scrunching their noses up. Keep in mind, there are two other ladies browsing the store while we are there as well. The manager is having not only loud and negative conversations on the phone, but also to her employee. We pay this no mind because we are not here to pry, we are here to get a dress. We find a shoe on the display that is the perfect match and size that we need. When we ask the manager do they have any more of these in the back, she proceeds to look us up and down once again. She tells us that “we don’t sell that size” when clearly we are holding the size in question. As my mother is trying on pieces, I am going back and forth helping her zip/tie them. My phone, keys, and the strapless bra are laying on the bench right in front of the dressing room. During the third time of me helping my mom, an older lady comes in with her granddaughter and notices my things on the bench. She tells the manager that someone left their stuff here. The manager gets my stuff knowing that they were mine behind the counter. When I am coming out of the dressing room, the older lady asked if that was my stuff and I headed up towards the front to retrieve it. When I got up to the counter, the manager slams my phone and keys down and tells me “You need to keep up with your stuff next time” in which I told her that it’s up to whoever steals my stuff and God because Im not worried about like that but thank you for getting my things. The icing on top of all of this is when after being told to get all of my things off the bench, my mother needed help once again. In my hands were my phone, a dress, the strapless bra, and my keys. I was in the doorway of the dressing room when we heard “you can’t take that in there” from the manager. We were under the assumption she was speaking to the ladies in the next dressing room because she was in the doorway of it. As my mom is pulling up the door, the manager is banging on it saying “ you ain’t hear what I just said?” We open it and she tells us “you can’t have the strapless bra in there”. We apologize because we had no idea that you could not bring it in there but honestly, who is trying on a strapless bra without buying it? My mom makes the joke of “we weren’t going to try it on because we know we can’t fit it” in which the manager rudely responded with “ i ain’t say yall were going to do anything”. I handed her the box of the bra and she slammed it back into its spot on the shelf. At this point, we are annoyed with how rude and tense the environment was and got the dress we wanted and headed up the counter. As we approach the counter, the cashier Alexus stared at us like we were bothering her and did not speak when we spoke to her. Overall, I do NOT recommend this location at all. Please do not waste your hard earned money in an establishment that allows peaceful of this caliber to work, especially those in management.

  This store has absolutely beautiful dresses yet I can’t same the same about the employees attitudes. The manager was extremely rude and when asked questions she seemed to be annoyed. Her energy was very negative as she went about slamming fitting room doors and mumbling things under her breath. The young lady at the register was not friendly at all either. This was my first time shopping at this store and sadly it will be the last.

  I was able to find my daughter the perfect prom dress and for a reasonable price !

  There was an employee that was quite bossy and rude to my friend and I, we didn’t know that only 6 clothes are allowed in the dressing room, and I miscounted at one point cause my friend had 4 and I had 7 so I put the others outside the door where she told me to put them, but she got irritated with me when I accidentally took 3 shirts instead of 2 cause again, I miss counted and it was one mistake I made and I don’t appreciate it.

  So glad I decided to do a review because what are these reviews? Product's state they cannot be returned, so read. Employees are absolutely amazing every single time I come in with my daughter. Never had an issue, but also I know how to be kind to retail workers so.. anyway, This place has the cutest clothes. I love bringing my daughter here for dresses for school events. The selection is great and you are not going to spend a fortune.
