  I had an excellent experience at Sissy’s Log Cabin. Max was the first person to help me, and he was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive. Steve also provided excellent service and was very kind and helpful throughout the process. They went above and beyond to help me and take care of everything. I truly appreciate their honesty, kindness, and outstanding customer service. After having a frustrating experience elsewhere, the service I received here made a huge difference. I highly recommend Sissy’s Log Cabin, especially Max and Steve. Thank you both for such a great experience!

  I originally came in looking for a specific diamond necklace, but Mark Suarez took the time to give me a tour and show me several different types of jewelry. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the experience feel very comfortable and enjoyable. He ended up showing me an even more beautiful piece than the one I originally had in mind, and I absolutely loved it, so I decided to purchase it. The entire buying experience was smooth, personal, and genuinely memorable. I would highly recommend Sissy’s Log Cabin, especially Mark, to anyone looking to buy jewelry.

  If you need help with a custom design, diamond knowledge, wedding/engagement rings, or really anything else for that matter, you need to meet Joshua Mills. He has been our godsend. We walked into Sissy’s completely clueless - I’d never even put a ring on my finger before. By some stroke of luck or fate, Joshua chatted with us and has been our saving grace throughout this process. Joshua is gentle, straightforward, and immediately made me feel comfortable. He assured me that this is supposed to be exciting, not nerve-wracking, and he has since done everything in his power to make this wonderful. He quickly caught on to my preferences and sketched the most beautiful rings for inspiration while I tried them on (I didn’t even know my own preferences before all of this!). We laughed, I teared up a few times, and we left with a plan. I’m not privy to all the details since it’s a surprise, but my partner has been beyond grateful for Joshua’s guidance and is so giddy after each of their chats. He has made himself available whenever a question pops up or there needs to be an impromptu lunch meeting. As they move forward, I’ve watched my partner become more and more confident in this. I may edit my review after the proposal (!!!!) with photos and details but I can say for CERTAIN that Joshua and his wife will be invited to our wedding.

Wyatt, the manager, and Mark, my sales professional, created an atmosphere that was welcoming, knowledgeable, and completely pressure-free. Buying a luxury watch should be memorable, and they made sure it was exactly that. Mark took the time to answer every question, share his expertise, and made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. Wyatt was equally fantastic, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. Together, they made the entire process seamless, enjoyable, and honestly just a lot of fun. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. If you’re considering purchasing a luxury watch or fine jewelry, I highly recommend asking for Wyatt and Mark. Their professionalism, passion, and customer service are exactly why I’ll be returning for future purchases. Thank you both for making my Cartier purchase one I’ll always remember.
