  Jordan Camden greeted us from the time we came in, showed us several Lagos bracelets and I purchased the one I really liked. His patience and knowledge of the bracelets were exceptional.

  Mr Robinson and Mr Patterson was a phenomenal help when I was in the store I came in for one thing and left with a wealth of knowledge on different time pieces those two are who I would recommend but the entire staff was very attentive and amazing during my time in their establishment

  My boyfriend and I went to Sissy’s Log Cabin to look at engagement rings. This was our first time ring shopping and we were so excited and couldn’t wait to go look together. Once we entered, we were greeted by a woman who looked us both up and down in a judgmental way as if to say we had no business being there. She went on to be rude and blunt about asking what we needed. She seemed to be in a rush to get us out. And the moment I would try a ring on she would have me take it off. She even pulled my boyfriend aside and insinuated that he didn’t have enough money to afford the ring I had on my finger. We left feeling defeated and judged by a lady who doesn’t even know us. The professionalism was so disrespectful and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

  I had a great experience working with Mark and Tony today. With their assistance I got to try on all the pieces I was considering and they even helped me secure my first Tudor! Super knowledgeable gentleman, thank you guys, I hope to be back soon for my next piece!

  My cousin recommended that I stop by Sissy’s Log Cabin, and I’m really glad I did. From the moment my wife and I walked in, Kelsey and her colleague made us feel genuinely welcome. They were incredibly patient, took the time to answer every question we had, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. After hearing so many horror stories about buying a Rolex through an authorized dealer, I honestly wasn’t expecting much. Thankfully, my experience couldn’t have been more different. Kelsey kept me informed throughout the process, and the exact Rolex configuration I requested arrived much sooner than I ever expected. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made what can often be an intimidating purchase feel exciting and enjoyable. If you’re looking for exceptional service and a team that truly cares about their customers, look no further!
