I paid for delivery +5 dollars extra to have it delivered before noon on Monday. Despite two calls to you on Monday inquiring about the delivery, it was not delivered until Tuesday. However, the worst thing was that it was not delivered in good condition. There was some damage to the flowers and some of it was wilting and they did not look fresh. I spent over $80 and I’m very disappointed. I should’ve gone with an Amazon delivery.

The three ladies, Cindy, Anne and Luna, that were in there at the time were so helpful and patient helping me find arrangements for them all. They even stopped to make me a smaller arrangement for my niece so she wouldn't feel left out. Every time I shop with Pugh's I leave feeling grateful that there are still good people in the world. And this right after they'd had their tip jar stolen apparently! I'm not sure I could have been so charitable after such a disheartening loss. I hope you commend these gals for a job well done!

I know things are expensive now but my sister paid less and sent our Mom roses and the arrangement was twice the size. She didn’t use pughes. They were pretty but very small arrangement.
