  Thank you so much for fast delivery! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and they were very vibrant and fresh! My mother was so excited to receive them!

  Went in today 09-29-2026 at 10ish to order anniversary flowers. 5 out of 5 when taking the order and my money. With a promise to deliver by 2pm in Oakland TN. Driver said he knocked on the door and rang the door bell and called. I have a German Sheppard no one came within 50ft of my house. Excuse was he didn't want to leave the flowers at the door. This whole time we are both home. Long story short. I will never use Pugh's Flowers again. 1800 Flowers will get my order next time. Disappointing.

  My son and daughter in law had a baby yesterday and I live in Arkansas. I called and spoke with Kenzie, I believe was her name, and told her what my daughter likes and she put together the most beautiful European Garden plant pot that was so stunning! Price point was fantastic as well! Ellie delivered them to the hospital and was so sweet! Made my daughter day! Thank you so much for helping me find a plant that I know she will nurture for years. I will definitely call you for any other flower needs in the future.

  Caitlin at Pugh’s, was so professional and phenomenal to work with. We gave her and our planner, Maya Harvey, full creative freedom and expressed what we were hoping for, and Caitlin and our planner got busy bringing every bit of it to life. She handled everything for our day of and our welcome dinner we hosted the night before. No detail missed or stone was left unturned. Having someone just as excited as we were for the big day was so fun to experience and watching her become just as excited to create something memorable for us made me super grateful. Our florals and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We are so grateful for her and her team’s hard work at Pugh’s Memphis. I think our sneak peek photos do a great job of doing it justice, but our guests gushed about how beautiful everything was, which was our goal to create a beautiful evening and Pugh’s definitely delivered. She even gave me a sweet thank you note with my wedding bouquet. 🥹🫶 I have recently told my husband I now have an unhealthy expectation of fresh florals in the house at all times after having our florals from the day of displayed throughout our home - he laughed but failed to realize the sincerity in my voice, so don’t be surprised if I have you send me fresh weekly arrangements so he can take note. 😅 We highly recommend Caitlin & Pugh’s. Also best advice I can give other brides or people in need of a florist, just let her do her thang - it was worth it. 🤍 Thank you, Caitlin! We love you.

  I hate to do this, but it’s come to that point. I kept getting letters in the mail saying I “didn’t pay my bill.” I called them several times telling them I had in fact paid. The letters kept coming. Called a few more times with the promise of “I’ll have the manager get with you about this! We’re sorry!” No call from a manager… I finally offered to send a screenshot of where it showed the money came out of my bank account… they said it wasn’t necessary…. I’m STILL getting letters telling me they’re “adding to the balance because I didn’t pay.” Never again…
