- JTJohn TilmonJun 24, 20261.0Don't order anything from JC Penny. I ordered glasses from them three months ago, and don't expect to ever get them. They closed their optical office without notice and refuse to refund my money.
- VVVeronicaJun 13, 20261.0My sister and I are currently in JC Penny. We received the worse customer service ever from one of your supervisors. There were shirts marked down in big & tall for $15.59. When we got to the counter, the man scanned and they rung up for $29.00. He called a manager which her name was Kathy. She scanned the shirts and they came up $29.00. Since there were several shirts tagged as $15.59. she should have honored the price as a courtesy. Then removed the rest of the shirts. Please do better because it's not the customers fault that an associate put the wrong price on the clearance shirts. She did honored the pants because of the buy one get one for 50% off, but she didn't want to honor that at first.

Also in the women's clearance section it need to be uncluttered so that we can see it is definitely too tight. Clean up JCPENNEY so I can continue to come in there because I don't come in there every week like I use to unless I can't find what I am looking for elsewhere.
