  I’d give this place negative stars if I could. This place is a joke. I’d advise anyone to order from anywhere but, here. Don’t waste your time or money. I placed an order and called a handful of times to make sure my order would arrive before 5. The girl I talked to each time was rude. 430 roles around nothing. Keep in mind I was told it was out for delivery lol I call back the girl who answered this time said she “accidentally” put my order in the wrong group to be sent out. It clearly stated a business. She then puts me on hold and told me they can deliver it the next day but she wasn’t sure when lol. She said she was talking to her manager about it. They offered a “discount” but, it doesn’t matter I wasted time dealing with rude people who also LIE. so I’d like to thank them for messing up a birthday gift to someone and wasting my time. Only to be lied to.do better.

  This bakery clearly goes above and beyond when it comes to both presentation and taste. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for both a visual and culinary treat!

  THIS LOCATION HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES! I placed an order to be delivered to a birthday recipient’s home today, April 27th. The order was delivered, however was left outside, which is against their policy being that it’s a fruit arrangement that can be ruined, but left unattended in the heat. The recipient called the location and presented the concern. They told her that they would correct the issue and re make the order and have it delivered within an hour. About and hour later, the recipient was contacted and shared that the store owner stated that they could not send the order due to weather issues/concerns. I requested to speak to the store owner, and was told that they were not it. As a manager myself, whether I am in the office or not, if there is a customer service issue, I will contact the client and rectify the issue is. That’s great customer service and customer retention effort. The young lady I spoke to on the phone placed me on hold after providing the corporate number and not being able to provide the store number or owner’s name. A man, allegedly named Chris, picked up the phone and was very rude and disrespectful to the point where he slammed the phone down and hung up in my face! This place needs a course in customer service etiquette. Thank you for ruining my aunt’s birthday! I’m requesting a refund and my order to be delivered as I was told on tomorrow. Corporate complaint ticket number is 159389!
