- RJRizi JoynerJul 3, 20261.0Store policy is not to take returns on defective merchandise. Brand policy is that I can pay for shipping to MAYBE get a refund on defective merchandise. These two things together made sure I’m not going to stay a customer.

They have a huge selection of brands and styles for both men and women, with plenty of sizes available. I was able to find what I needed without spending a lot of time searching. The aisles were well organized, and the staff was friendly when I had a question. If you're looking for casual shoes, work shoes, or something more dressy, DSW is worth checking out. Good selection, fair prices, and a clean shopping environment. I would definitely return.
