When we visited the Alcoa location, Melissa 0 was so helpful and graciously went out of her way to help find multiple items in multiple different sizes. In today’s day and age, customer service is such a lost art. In a store as big as Belk’s, it’s imperative to be assisted to find what you need. What a great experience!
