  Not worth your time visiting this location, the Hispanic manager teams up with other Hispanic resellers and saves Nike shoes and other high dollar items for them specifically and wheels them out in boxes for just them at the door by the back where the product rolls out. That's what you don't see any Nike shoes on the rack they are going on eBay and the manager gets a cut from his friends. It only happens to other Hispanics, 2 different Hispanic ladies are also involved

  I have a few bones to pick about this location. First it’s huge building and I spent 4 hours and only covered half of the store. Honestly the clothes weren’t the best I didn’t find anything crazy good just some basics. Second, There prices for free clothing just keeps going up. I spent $60 on a few pairs of clothes which isn’t bad but asking $7-$8 for shirts is crazy when they used to be $2-$3. Third, the floor was honestly pretty dirty by the time I walked around the whole store and got to the changing room and took a look at my shoes I was stunned. My once white shoes had all kinds of black stuff all over the bottom and sides. What more can you expect from a goodwill though. Lastly they have 4 changing rooms that weren’t available for use and another customer told me they only keep Half open (4 rooms). the employee that was working by the fitting room was kind of unpleasant to be around. It was an older woman with short brown hair. She was standing guard at the changing room staring me down the entire time I was over there just waiting for me to put more than four items into the fitting room. I placed my cart by the door and when I came out, it was pushed away not sure if she did it, but she had something to say about how I only was allowed to have four items in there in which I did only have four items but seriously do we have to have a fitting room police if they’re gonna allow you to grab items from your shopping cart and swap with the previous four why not just let you take everything inside it beats the whole purpose of allowing other people to be able to use the fitting room and stop the line from happening. I personally didn’t like the way she was accusing me of disregarding the sign. Even though it was stupid. And she didn’t have a good attitude either and scoffed when I put things back on the rack that I didn’t want. I’ve never experienced this at any other goodwill. Honestly it’s just not the vibe. Save yourself some time and go to another location where more stylish people donate their unwanted clothing.

  Especially on the weekends Fridays and Saturdays they need to have at least three registers open. There is a long line with only two people working and they are slow. i’ve been standing in linefor at least 20 minutes Come on Goodwill get it together
