  My wife and I were looking at boats yesterday and we dealt with Tim. He was very professional, knew his product and he was friendly. If I end up purchasing the boat I will definitely call Tim back. Thanks Tim!

  This is a decent store, but the restrooms are poorly designed. The bottom of the tp dispenser is below knee level. Who is that for? Do better.

  I get why most people give a place like this 5 stars. Bass pro shops are always great to visit...I have been to a number of them. This one however....has terrible service. I drove 1.5 hours to pick up a hunting optic they had in stock. It was a friday afternoon and there was only one guy at the optic counter. He was tied up with a customer and could not figure out how to page for help, so he sent me to the gun counter to ask for help my self. I was met by a younger blonde woman who had a terrible (and I mean terrible) attitude. I inquired about thier price match guarantee and was immediately met with more attitude and misinformation about the policy. (I get it, no one wants to give a discount) she said if the price match was more than $15 they would not do it anyway (lies). Then she asked the website I was trying to match and had a problem with that too (and honestly bass pros list of online vendors they match is pretty ridiculous). Anyway, she sent me and another employee to go get the optic and I asked if I could talk to a manager while actually look at my price match request and try at least. About a minute later she waltzed back over and acknowledged that I asked for a manager but said it's her "department" and I'll need to go through her. This is clearly unacceptable treatment. She pulled out a paper copy of the price match policy and told me they dont match the place I was asking about (eurooptics.com BTW...bass pro should try harder to take thier business) I left frustrated and called corporate and spent a bunch of time inquiring about the item with them. They were not very helpful. What I got from them was 1. They cant find the product in thier system (the product I personally saw in a locked case) 2. Even though eurooptics.com is not listed on the price match policy, (they cant list all vendors...duh) stores are expected to at least look at the request and see what they can do...and/or ask a store manager. 3. They were going to send my complaint to the store to see if management wanted to get involved. I decided my money was better spent somewhere else. I ended up ordering an optic from a competitor. Today....6 days later...a store manager called me back and said that he would price the item for me...no problem (as long as it was the same item). 6 days to get help from the person I asked for while I was there in the store...willing to honor thier policy and procedure. Well....to late now. Another company earned my business and another sale shifted from brick and mortar to online. Best of luck to you.

  I went in to buy a couple bottles of water as I was staying at the hotel next door. The employees said to check the refrigerated end caps by the registers. There was no water there…just sodas. However, the store did have a display for an insulated cooler that was brimming with water bottles. It also had a sign that read, “For Display Only”. Why would you “display” product and not sell it!?! I don’t need Bass Pro Shop
