- HWHewe Wong3 days ago5.0Huge collection of Bass Pro Shop stuff with two levels and merchandise. There is a waterfall inside the shop. Everything from simple items to ATVs, boats and fishing things.

Though they did not have what he wanted or needed, Jeff was amazing at helping us find 2 new really good fishing poles for both my husband and I. Everyone in the store was super nice, very helpful and made our shopping experience wonderful. Jeff also gave us a fishing guide to help us out since we are new to the area. We will Definitely be back! Came back again this morning to get our fishing licenses and Jessica was amazing! She helped straighten out our identifications and was able to get us our licenses no problem where other places we went couldn't help. She took no for an answer lol. We appreciate all of the helpful staff there. Our new most favorite place to go!

- JCJames CJul 21, 20265.0Let me start with the amazing staff! Specifically Ms Brandy and Ms Sandra, they went above and beyond anyone I have ever met working any retail store hands down. My wife and I were on the look out for a dishware set that Bass Pro had discontinued and we just so happened to be driving through and stopped at this particular store on our way to Gatlinburg. They checked other store locations for the item throughout our line of travel. Took our number and called us after we made it back home from vacation to notify us of a change of SKU number and let us know they had recieved some in and the checked out local stores to lead us to call a store who had one in stock! So Ms Brandy and Ms Sandra we now have a full set all thanks to you and your overly caring hearts to help your customers!
