  The manager with the short hair is extremely rude. Did not have a good experience there at all for somebody who has been shopping there for years! I had an item I needed to return that was never worn, the young lady at the front said she could do it but needed confirmation, turns out she couldn’t and that was fine! But the manager was very rude when I was nicely explaining I wish I could have actually reached the store instead of an agent who I had to text and said it was okay to return!

  The managers and associates are always so helpful and friendly! You can tell they really care about their customers! I love their clothes as they have the most current fashion trends! I look forward to seeing my fav managers and getting their help putting together the cutest fits whenever I come in to shop! Definitely recommend! 10 out of 10!

  Rachel W. was absolutely amazing. I went in the other day looking for some date night clothes and she helped me find the perfect size in everything and even helped me color match. she has such a fun energy and was extremely genuine. highly recommend

  Absolute TERRIBLE & rude staff. Me and my fiancé were in here shopping and they kicked us out and said “no men are allowed” !?! Not sure why i got harassed and sexualized by a bunch of insecure & desperate for attention staff. I will NEVER return. And men, I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop here or do business with a company that hires staff like that. My girlfriend also asked for help and got ignored, they also told us there were no changing rooms available when there was and blatantly ignored my fiancé when asking questions about dresses.

  Would leave a negative rating if I could. I went in to try on some dresses/outfits with my bf. We looked around the store for a little bit and then we both went back to the fitting room. My bf minds his business, doesn’t bother anyone, and isn’t a creep towards women. As I’m finishing up trying on the clothes, I get a knock on my changing room door and the girl rudely said “Just so you know, we don’t allow men in here.” I got my clothes back on and left and when we walked out, my bf said “We weren’t aware men aren’t allowed. There is so sign saying men aren’t allowed.” And some bitchy CUSTOMER, not even a worker, said to him “You definitely knew,” very rudely. They also called security on us for some reason? We were minding our own business and didn’t know they didn’t allow men. That made both of us very uncomfortable. Not once before we entered the changing room did anyone say “hey we don’t allow men in here.” If that was the case, then he would’ve waited patiently outside for me with no issues. That was extremely rude and uncalled for. I will not be returning.
