  Just went here and tried to buy a pair of pants, they were tagged the original retail price of $22.00 they rang up as $60 dollars. The red haired cashier refused to sell them to me :(. Then also forgot the security tag on my brothers hat, so the alarm went off on us after this exchange. Very sad experience.

  I called also 2 get a pair of spongebob held in a size 8. I usually order from Van's.Com, but this time I wanted them by the wknd. Which was a couple of days away. I spoke 2 Hailey....she was so friendly and helpful on the phone. She held the shoes for me, they were the right size. No problems what so ever. Thanks Hailey!!! And thanks Van's store.

  I feel like this specific Vans location needs customer service improvement. I called on Sunday the 5th of June & Haley/Hailey answered. I asked if it was possible to hold a pair of the spongebob collab shoes in a size 7 in Men’s until the next morning. She said she could and I had thanked her. This morning, June 6th, I drove an hour to West Town Van’s to pick up my shoes on hold. However, really disgusted I wasted my time, gas, & miles on my car to get here just to find out Haley/Hailey foolishly held back a size 5.5 in Men’s. Everyone else was nice & tried to help out but they were completely sold out online. Still baffled that someone could confuse two completely different sizes with one another.
