- RRRachelSep 9, 20261.0I ordered online for in-store pickup around 2AM Tuesday. I checked the order status throughout the entire day and it kept saying it was not ready for pickup. Wednesday at 10:30 AM, I finally got a missed call from the store and an email saying my order was ready. I went to pick it up around 5 PM, only to find out that Micah, the so-called manager/supervisor, had CANCELLED my order because I supposedly didn’t pick it up within TWO HOURS 😂 Interesting, because Sunglass Hut’s website clearly stated that I had 7 days to pick up my order. Apparently Micah has his own special “2-hour max pickup policy” that customers are somehow expected to know about. Instead of simply owning the mistake and apologizing, he kept trying to put the blame on me. He also initially refused to honor the sale price I had already paid. After wasting about an hour of my time, he finally called someone else for permission and honored the price. I thought a manager/supervisor would know how to handle a basic pickup issue, but apparently not. And after all that? Not even an apology. He acted like honoring the price from my original order was some kind of favor he was doing for me :) If you enjoy having your order randomly cancelled, being blamed for an employee’s mistake and wasting an hour fixing a problem you didn’t create, this is definitely the place for you!

- RERalph EngroffJul 18, 20261.0Went to Sunglasses Hut at 7600 Kingston Pike in Knoxville - store # 1570 - bought a pair of Maui Jim glasses - at first they gave me the wrong case for the glasses - to small - they kept insisting it was the right case - on the third attempt they finally got it right - if I hadn’t kept at them they would have let me leave the store with the wrong case
