  As the owner of East TN Pro Surfaces, I can’t recommend Pete and the team at Small Engine Solutions enough. Pete has been an incredible equipment supplier and technical resource while helping me build my pressure washing and soft washing trailer from the ground up. He didn’t just sell me equipment—he invested his time to make sure my trailer was built correctly and that I understood how to use and maintain every part of it. He took the time to help me properly plumb my trailer, set up my soft wash system, explain the ins and outs of my equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make sure everything was working exactly as it should. He’s always willing to answer questions and share his knowledge on everything from pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, downstreaming, deck staining, and chemical recommendations to equipment maintenance and general business advice. That level of customer service and willingness to invest in his customers is something you just don’t see very often anymore. What really sets Pete apart is that he genuinely wants his customers to succeed. He isn’t focused on selling the most expensive equipment—he takes the time to understand your goals and recommends what truly fits your business. His experience has helped me avoid costly mistakes and significantly shorten the learning curve that comes with building an exterior cleaning business.   Incredible place. The staff really knows their stuff when it comes to both pressure washing and soft washing. They keep just about everything in stock that a professional could ever need, which is hard to find. Great prices, great people, and top-tier service. I drive over an hour just to go to them—that’s how special this place is. Highly recommend.
