  Manager accused me of changing a price tag on two pair of children’s floral leggings! I brought the leggings back to the store, because the price was 70% off $19.99 on my receipt, and the leggings had a new price tag of $9.97. She stated that she was going to ask someone about the red-line markdowns that she didn’t believe they were marked down the date of my receipt and that the receipt was old! It was 18 days old Lady! I went to Panama City Beach on vacation for two weeks, and CORPORATE clearly needs to give Emily C., Grade A Associate, the Managerial Position. Send Manager Lady, in her lemon drop shirt, to the J Crew Warehouse to scrape bubblegum off the floors. Watch your receipts EVERYONE!

  Very glad to have a J.Crew store back in our area, I wish the store had clearer pricing and more of a selection. The location is great and parking is plentiful. The store could look more high end, it looks a bit basic like all the other fast fashion stores. I do recommend this store for any J.Crew customer, they have a decent selection and you can find a good deal.

  Excellent store with some of the friendliest and most helpful associates that I have encountered doing my Christmas shopping this year! I delivered a pizza to them and mentioned I was looking for a good deal on a Christmas gift and they pointed out exactly where to look and made sure that I got the best deal possible! I very rarely have encountered such friendly service at such a reputable brand’s store.
