    I had a very disappointing experience at this store on June 14, 2026. I came in simply to exchange an item for a different size. The female sales associate working that day was extremely unhelpful and made the process unnecessarily difficult. Despite my request meeting the store's exchange requirements, she repeatedly resisted assisting me and seemed more interested in creating obstacles than providing customer service. After I requested to speak with a manager, the situation became even more frustrating. The exchange was supposedly completed, but I was given the wrong product. As a result, I had to return to the store a second time. Only when the manager personally became involved and supervised the process was the issue finally resolved correctly. Customer service should be professional, respectful, and focused on helping customers. Unfortunately, my experience with this employee was the exact opposite. I hope management reviews this incident and provides additional training to ensure other customers do not experience the same treatment.

    I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent experience. One of the female sales representatives had an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude during our interaction. Customer service requires patience, respect, and professionalism, and unfortunately her behavior did not reflect those qualities. I believe she is not well suited for a customer-facing service role unless significant improvements are made in how she communicates with customers. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and address the issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.

    I went shopping this morning with my niece for a new work wardrobe. We were the first customers in the store. An associate named Lydia greeted us as soon as we walked in. Lydia asked if we were shopping for something special. As soon as I let her know what I was looking for she explained all sections of the store, asked me my Susie and started pulling outfits for me. She was very attentive and made sure to take clothing items I wanted to try on off my hands etc… When we went to the fitting room, Lydia had everything layed out perfectly to alleviate stress. We gave her a pile of clothes we knew I wanted to purchase and she immediately started taking sensors off, organizing and folding them nicely so by the time we were ready to check out she was ready for us. I really appreciated Lydia’s care and attention to all details. I’m very picky so to say this she really is special. I asked if she worked on commission, she said no, but she deserved commission. Lydia said “helping you find what you need is pleasure enough “ I can’t say enough about her. I hope she is recognized for treating her customers as if they were in her home. That girl deserves a bonus. She paid attention but was not annoying in any way or overbearing. Thank you for being there for me today. Clothing can become very stressful, especially when you really need to find something. I will definitely be back!

    Express.com is so dysfunctional, that I have had to place my last 4 orders over the phone. It repeatedly asks the member to log in despite having already provided login credentials when checking out. In my personal profile, my phone number field displays the phone number incorrectly, preventing me from placing an order myself. I have spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to get it resolved, utilizing screenshots and no person has been able to do so to date. Due to outsourcing, it is very difficult to understand person placing order over the phone. As a result, my last order was placed incorrectly and I had to call back and get the person to correct the order. When the email confirmation came through, it showed 6 items instead of 4. on the representative's end, it only showed 4 items. She assured me that the order had been corrected to what I wanted but my email is incorrect. I have made a note to not continue patronizing Express.com.
