  Sam was very honest and very fair. He offered a fair price for my Rolex and did not try to undercut me. He explained in detail its value. Sam knows watches. This time I was a seller. I will be back as a buyer.

  I Brought in a 125-year-old solid gold antique pocket watch to sell. The principal I dealt with pressured me to name a price first, then after weighing the piece offered $1,450 — well below a competing offer I already had. When I said I wanted to shop around before deciding, he became visibly irritated and said he wouldn’t honor that offer if I came back, telling me “I don’t offer my knowledge for free.” When I explained that comparing offers is just normal due diligence, he responded with a condescending “have a good day” on my way out. I went to another reputable Knoxville jeweler afterward, who offered $2,100 with no haggling — nearly 45% more than Estate House’s number, and without any of the pressure tactics. If you’re selling estate jewelry or antiques here, get a second opinion before agreeing to anything. The appraisal may be lowballed, and the sales approach here felt more about locking you in than earning your business

  I went to Estate House to have my gold appraised, and I was greeted by Sam, the owner. He was very polite, friendly, and, most importantly, very professional. Sam gave me an honest and fair appraisal of my gold. He also showed me some beautiful, genuine diamond earrings, pendats and I was very impressed with the quality. I had a great experience at Estate House. From now on, whenever I’m looking to buy jewelry, I will definitely come back here. I highly recommend Sam and Estate House for their honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service!

  Great experience selling my Rolex! The entire process was smooth and straightforward. He was very trustworthy, honest, and professional, and I never felt pressured or hassled. I felt comfortable throughout the whole transaction and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a luxury watch!

  If i could leave a 0 I would. Brought valuable piece into them and asked to get it inspected to tell me what it was and how much it weighed. They were very very rude and did not want to tell me any information about my gold and did not want to inspect it. Poor attitude and terrible price. Never coming here with anything.
