  I took 4 bags of clothes and 2 bags of shoes and I was told to take them back and wash the clothes which I understood because they had been bagged up in our building. So I took them back and washed all day and the shoes didn't need to be wiped because I had already done that and we take very good care of our shoes. The next day i took them back and they said I would get a text when they was done. I pulled out went through 3 green lights and I got a text saying they was done. I went back and was told they couldn't take any of it. That's ridiculous because our clothes are named brand and no holes or tears and our shoes look brand new until you see the bottoms and the tread is still there but you can tell they have been wore. So I just took the clothes and shoes to Goodwill and donated them! Whoever goes to Goodwill there are some really nice nikes and converses and some nike shirts and shorts that are in real good condition. I will never go back to platos closet ever again and I will have spread the word about how they did me online and to a bunch of people not to give them any business. And plus the clothes they have are very worn and old and are not name brand clothes. So I don't understand way they didn't take the nice stuff I had !!!!

  My bf handed the employee his ID for his clothes drop off and I won’t mention any names but she insulted his picture and made fun of it. Mind you we don’t even know who this girl is LOL. We will not be going back. No other employees stood up for us either. I guess that’s what we get for being a loyal customer! 1 star because that’s pathetic and trashy to act like that at YOUR job. Take your insecurities elsewhere. Normally I would let this go because I never complain about anything but this was so out of pocket and evil.
