  My sale associate wendy at store 4733 in Jackson Tennessee. She was so helpful to me she helped me understand the difference size of my bra cup and my overall body size for my bra's to fix me so much better and I really appreciate her so much for being present and caring and so helpful and so nice.   I went in and the lady measured me she went and got the perfect bra on top of that I got a discount I was in and out of there within 30 minutes or less they are really nice employees in there they have a great selection a lingerie and Nice Clothing and jewelry if you need any go in there and pay them a visit you will be highly satisfied

  Y'all ... I'm so excited to have finally found someone who not only can help find the right size bra for me, but gave me suggestions for a different style!! And it was a flawless fit!! Claudette B. listened to my concerns and complaints about how previous bras have fit. I told her what I was looking for. She came back with a couple of sizes & a style I had not yet considered. I tried it on & was absolutely in awe worth the comfort, style, just the fit over all. It was exactly what I didn't know I needed.. but she knew!! HUGE SHOUT OUT to my newly found, AMAZING bra whisperer 🫶 Claudette, thank you for your professional & courteous demeanor! I gave you my raw & genuine concerns, as a thick woman on her weight loss journey. Not once did I feel judged, unheard, or silly for my outloud thoughts of my body. You, my dear, are a dime a dozen! Ladies...don't struggle, go see Claudette B. at Lane Bryant!!! Us thick gurlies deserve comfort & beauty, too! She will get you right!

  So glad I decided to check out Lane Bryant! This will now be the only place I buy my bras from! I’ve struggled for quite some time. I have spent a lot of money trying to find bras that provided support & coverage but had no luck. I went today & left out with a smile! Also, the employees working were sweet! Definitely will be a loyal customer now

  Was Really DISAPPOINTED TODAY!! drove over a hr to shop here. Lane Bryant and Torrid are the Only places I can get my bras. Today when went I Didn't Receive Any Help!!, I was greeted when I entered and that was it. Asked two different associates for help, both said they would help in a minute. After waiting several minutes Still Hadn't Received Help, both associates ignored me and started talking to another customer. I Asked Again for Help again was told 1 minute. Another customer entered and the associate immediately started helping her. I FINALLY LEFT AFTER 30 MINUTES SINCE NEITHER ASSOCIATE WANTED TO HELP ME. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE!!! It's sad when a another customer tried to assist when it's not Their Job to Help Customers!!!
