  I don’t think I’ve ever had a pleasant experience at this location. Never any issues when they were located inside the mall. Now that they’re on Vann Drive, no one knows the definition of customer service. Not one time has anyone ever spoken to me or asked if I needed any assistance when I’ve been here. I went in today and was prepared to spend a lot on jeans and sweaters. Again, no one said a word or offered assistance. Walked by several workers with full hands of items so I just took it upon myself to put them in a room and continue looking for items. You know what I did? Tried the items on, left, and went online to order! I will never purchase another item in this store due to the lack of customer service.

  I was disappointed to learn that this particular store has its own return policy that is not the same as AE. They refused a return and told me I could print the return slip off and return it via shipping. I had everything I needed according to AEs email. The kid at the store said it’s this stores policy not to accept the return.

  Paul has no costumer service. He treats people as they’re not even worth his time. No smile, kindness, he’s rude, and overall just not approachable. Why is a person like this working at American eagle?
