  I was disappointed to learn that this particular store has its own return policy that is not the same as AE. They refused a return and told me I could print the return slip off and return it via shipping. I had everything I needed according to AEs email. The kid at the store said it’s this stores policy not to accept the return.

  I am so thrilled that AE Outfitters has moved! I have always loved this store but the location that they had previously been out made me feel unsafe. The store is spacious and organized. The staff is familiar with the store and walk me to what I am looking for. Always a great experience.

  I got here at 11 because their website says that they would be open at 10. The doors are locked and multiple people are trying to get in. No associate is coming to the door to let people know what is going on which i feel like is the bare minimum they could do.

  Went to the opening today, and got there at 10:50 because they said they opened at 10. Arrived and the doors were STILL LOCKED. Multiple people are here under the same assumption that they were open. Off to a ridiculously bad start already.
