    I had a very disappointing experience at Sunglass Hut because of Jordan. His attitude was rude and unprofessional from the moment we interacted. He spoke to customers as if they worked for him instead of treating them with respect. Customer service should be welcoming and courteous, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I hope management addresses this because no customer should feel disrespected while shopping.

    I’ve made purchases at several Sunglass Huts over the years. I exchanged Rayban Metas today and Jordan made the process so easy. I’ve never met a more personable human. He was so kind and easy to talk to. So Jordan, thank you! I appreciate all of your help. Thank you for helping me set up my new pair!
