  I had a very frustrating experience with this location. I placed an online order for in-store pickup, and the website clearly states that the store closes at 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:46 PM, and the employee was already pulling the gate down. She saw me walking up and told me they were closed. When I asked what time they close, she said the store closes at 8:00, but she personally closes at 7:45 because that’s when neighboring stores close. That is completely unacceptable—store hours should not be based on personal preference. After going back and forth and explaining that I was just there to pick up an order, she reluctantly let me in, but only after pointing at the door instead of speaking clearly. The entire interaction was rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, after clearly rushing me and acting like I was an inconvenience, she tried to upsell me on another pair for 50% off. The inconsistency in her attitude was frustrating. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Corporate should really address situations like this, because making up your own closing time and treating customers this way reflects poorly on the brand.

  The manager Wanda at this location is horrible to deal with... she was unhelpful and completely ruined this experience. Thankfully a different female employee stepped in and helped fix the situation i had going on. But still it did not have to be such a horrible process...thank you to the other girrl her name starts with a T. The guy that works there is very nice as well. I will not be returning to this location.

  Don’t waste your time going here. The manager clearly doesn’t want to work and is not knowledgeable about sunglasses. I ordered a screw for one of my Ray bans that came undone and when I came back for her to assemble them, she turned me away and asked me to come back later because she had one customer just window shopping and she clearly couldn’t multi-task. So I left and went to the collierville sunglass hut where the manager there was the complete opposite and was outstanding. Don’t go to the saddle creek sunglass hut!!
