  Ordered glasses in this Germantown store. Received sunglasses damaged. Brought them to the store immediately. They would not replace or return them. The lady at this location was rude and said she could only offer me 50% off my next purchase. I found this response comical. Why would I buy from a business that delivers damaged product and then doesn’t allow you to return/exchange it. Spent over $300 on 2 pairs of glasses for this lousy customer service. Would be stunned if this place remains open operating with this kind of service.

  Excellent customer service and helped me gain a lot of knowledge about my Maui Jim sunglasses that I needed and knowledge about proper care and maintenance. Definitely recommend using this location for your sunglasses needs

  I had the best experience with Kenny, the manager and Autumn, the associate from the Sunglass Hut in Collierville, TN. They were very friendly, Genuine, Sincere and honest. They solve all the issues pertains to the pair of glasses I bought and shared information that was very helpful for future purchase. Excellent customer service is rare and very hard to find in this tech driven world. If more people can provide service skills as these 2 excellent reps, it would make things much better in many aspect. Highly recommend to sought this location and ask for Kenny and Autumn
