  My wife came home yesterday very disappointed with her experience in simply buying a $300 gift card at the Germantown store. She has had multiple negative experiences interfacing with the store’s employees. The store smells like marijuana. The check out people act aren’t trained in gift cards. They are rude. We will continue to shop at LLL, but LLL needs this feedback.

  I purchase a $75 gift card four times a year at Lululemon. They just changed their US corporate policy to where they can “only” sell gift cards in increments of $50? This is because Amex Platinum card holders purchase $75 gift cards. Lululemon partners with Amex and is now trying to deter the sell of gift cards thus directly damaging and hurting their own brand? Possibly the dumbest corporate move they’ve made to date. They recoup the sales from the gift cards so… help the public understand? Dirty move Lululemon…

  I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews but here’s my take….you go to a high end athletic store ready to spend hundreds of dollars and boom staff is actually rude ASH like I’ve never seen this before. I love lulu so much but the thought of spending my heart earned money at this store makes me wanna gag! It’s not that hard smile greet and don’t judge off of appearance.

  Today is March 6th, 2026. As usual, my wife and I drive two hours each month to return some clothes we bought from the Lululemon website. Because the sizes are often quite different from what we see in person, we have to come here every month to return items. Today we were lucky to encounter a very lovely 🥰 beautiful white customer service representative. Her name is Ewanla, I hope I spell her name right cause I didn’t see her name tag, only heard her coworker called her name. She was very professional, kind, polite, and respectful of our needs. We were very satisfied 👍 and very happy to have such a wonderful girl working at a Lululemon store.

  Staff is incredibly rude. I don’t think a single one of them spoke to me or even looked at me the entire time I was in the store. Very disappointing! People come to this store to spend good money, the customer service needs to reflect that.
