  Was Racially profiled as an African American. My family and I had just left church and decided to shop at Alo for some vacation outfits. Upon walking in the store was not even acknowledge by the clerks that was standing by the door, talking amongst themselves. The clerks were two gay men And they look directly at us in turned their head like we weren’t even there and continued talking. I saw a Caucasian group walk in and they were greeted happily and told about the 30% sale Which we did not know anything about until later on in the store after looking around with no help. Will never shop there again And spend my money where I’m not welcome.

  I love this store of Alo. Everyone is very sweet and attentive from the moment I walking in to leaving the store. Very welcoming and professional. The store is well decorated and organized. My favorite store in Germantown.

  Wow! What a great experience at this store! I was getting ready for a work trip and I needed some athletic wear for travels. This store got me set up for success and I felt so prepared and on trend! I will be a frequent customer!!
