- ARandie roseJul 28, 20261.0just made a phone call to see if i could change my date for my appt. next week due to being out of town. when i called a guy named rob answered and told me that i need to “prioritize my appt”, which in reality is the whole reason i called in the first place? also continuously kept cutting me off while i was talking and then yelled “byyyee” and proceeded to hang up on me?? a paying costumer that not one time raised my voice, said a mean word, did nothing but ask him to let me finish my sentence. Absolutely unprofessional and one of the rudest people i have came in contact with in quite some time. clearly the people here know nothing about professionalism and just pray on people who are required to use an interlock system. i suggest you go anywhere else than here. zero stars if i could give it.

I am shockingly amazed by the poor work they have done and honestly if work continues to be like this they may and should go out of business. I have already paid my monthly payment and had an appointment Friday and when I showed up for my appointment nobody was there to help me! I have been calling customer service for a problem that they created and expect for me to pay $25.00 a call........It is sad for anyone to go through this. Yea, we made the wrong decision to get us in this place that we are in but God almighty I have learned my lesson and happier than i have ever been being alcohol free! The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
