I left messages and never got one response. I drove here from Brentwood during their "open" hours, and other workers are in the unit, but they rent the space from Interlock Xpress - but they don't work for them or do anything with smart start! Never received even a word from these people, much less any help. Don't come here!!

Trying to have your device monthly calibrated at this location is a nightmare. In the last several months I have never gotten completed in less than an hour of my appointment closer actually to two. Today the service center people didn’t even show up until 45 minutes after my appointment time.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected.
