  My girlfriend and I were nervous going into a jewelry store for the first time but Eileen made us feel welcome. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find exactly what we needed very quickly without making us feel rushed.

  My wife and I were in the Franklin location to get her rings cleaned/re-dipped. One of the rings was not purchased though them. On the ring that was purchased through them, we were never aware we are supposed to bring it in every 6 months to keep the warranty valid. No one ever mentioned that at purchase. The lady that helped us was standoffish, and lacking client relation skills. When asking for an estimated value on the ring not purchased though them, I had to look it up as its been almost 7 years since the ring was originally purchased. She proceeded to be very rude about the estimated value and size of the ring, and very impatient. All in front of another couple waiting to be seen by her. Personally, I wont go back in. They have a great hard product and warranty(when you are actually aware there is one), but a client who's spending money with you should never leave feeling less than or belittled.

  Izzy is wonderful! She helped me for months narrow down bands and then helped me with my husband band! She is so attentive and knowledgeable and has a great personality. I felt like she truly wanted to help me create the best wedding set possible and cared about all the small details. She is my go to girl forever now!

  Ashley helped to make our wedding day which was just 4 days away so much better! Ashley helped get my ring resized same day with the help of Scott and we were so happy with how she got us some different size rings to try on and test before doing the resize and she was so kind and knowledgeable! We need more Ashley’s at ShaneCo!

  I just bought my fiancés wedding band with the wonderful help of Mrs Sandy Shirley! I have a unique situation with my fiancé being in the military and being long distance— unable to get fitted in a Shane and Company store. She was extremely kind and patient with all my questions and was able to dialogue with me to figure out the best ring to get. I had a wonderful experience all thanks to Sandy!
