Not pushy trying to sell items to me and also quite knowledgeable about the products. Bought new sunglasses and they even took the time to peel the stickers off the lenses before giving them to me. Overall a great experience with great customer service. And even though they are quite pricy for sunglasses to me, its decent quality but definitely not step proof. Hence the reason to purchase another pear.
