- JRJamie RaganJul 14, 20265.0I stopped here while on a road trip to stretch my legs and shop the advertised sale. All of the staff I met were top notch! So friendly. The sales associate who helped me most was Amaya (I think I’m spelling that correctly). She was helpful without being pushy. Friendly without being invasive. Offered helpful critiques without being rude. To me, Amaya was everything a LB employee should embody! As usual, I spent more than I planned, because I found more than I planned. :) Amaya offered shipping for items I wanted that were not in my size. She was amazing.
- CGCindy GilliamAug 9, 20251.0I have been eyeing a cute dress online at LB. The dress was not in stock in my size but it did show that my local area stores had some in stock. I call my local store and ask if they have the dress in my size in stock. The sales lady let out a little laugh. She then tells me we DONT carry sizes that large in our store. I asked is it possible another would have it? She does a little laugh again and says no. Once again she tells me our stores do not carry sizes that large. For a store that is geared for plus size women I find this insulting. It is also beyond insulting the way your sales lady handled the situation.
