Unfortunately I do not live locally in the Tennessee area, but her customer service was outstanding, she went through great lengths to ensure my staff had an amazing Holiday Party, with gifts galore, she even went outside of duties to assist me in my purchasing saga! I will most definitely return to this particular location because the customer service is top tier!
