  Beautiful store, from the jewelry to the staff —Maddie at the Franklin store, was exceptional! From the friendly hello when I walked into the store to the last thank you walking out the door—Maddie was very professional and knowledgeable. She showed me the jewelry that I was interested In and also showed me items she recommended. I love my purchases.

  I want to give a shout out to Shannon & Hannah. I came in today & placed an order & also bought 2 things in store. They were phenomenal! I would absolutely go back to this store just to engage with them, what a joy! This is the definition of perfect customer service.
