- KGK G4 days ago1.0I am disappointed. Not with the store in particular but with the brand. I’m used to Nordstrom’s and their generous return policies. But the rack is less generous. I purchased a dress on vacation and wanted to return it but waiting for this location to open, being there is no other store within hours of Knoxville, I waited for the store to open. Only to find out my return window closed days before the grand opening. I was told pretty much…that sucks for me. In all honestly I expected to have to keep the dress since I didn’t return it before I left Florida but then I found out a location was opening near me and I expected at least for them to be a little understanding about the few days delay in me trying to return it. I hope they have a long standing relationship with Knoxville. They just won’t see anymore of my dollars.

He gave us great advice and encouraged us to try different pairs (which was fun). Definitely looking forward to work with him in the future!
