  Today (May 6, 2026; approximately 4:00 p.m.) my daughter and I ordered some earrings from J.C. Penny at Turkey Creek (online). Although the suggested pickup time was 7 p.m., we decided to stop by the store and see if there were anyway that we could pick up the order early rather than having to run back later to get the item. We were extremely impressed by the courtesy shown by the supervisor of the jewelry department, as well as, the folks in the order pickup area. They all went out of their way to assist us and we were able to pick up the order early. I only wish that I had a list of the names of the individuals who assisted us. J.C. Penny is fortunate to have such courteous people working for them. I would like to commend them all for a job well done. Customer Service is certainly alive and well at the Turkey Creek J. C. Penny.

  I hurried to get to the store before close and they had already locked the doors at 540pm. Maybe JC Penney would stay busier if they would welcome their customers to shop rather than try to push them away.

  Need to go back when I can look. Workers didn't seem to go out of their way to help. Prices seemed pretty reasonable

  Very friendly staff. Very organized store, and very clean. They also have a hair salon.

  I shop here every few months and am generally quite satisfied. Most of the colleagues are helpful. When you hit a sale, the prices can be very good.
