I had purchased something that didn’t fit and had to return it and the return was very simple and easy. If you’re looking for clothes at a reasonable price I highly recommend this location. And and the Kim Chi cosmetics so make sure to check them out while you’re there!!

- JWJohn WojtowiczMay 6, 20265.0Today (May 6, 2026; approximately 4:00 p.m.) my daughter and I ordered some earrings from J.C. Penny at Turkey Creek (online). Although the suggested pickup time was 7 p.m., we decided to stop by the store and see if there were anyway that we could pick up the order early rather than having to run back later to get the item. We were extremely impressed by the courtesy shown by the supervisor of the jewelry department, as well as, the folks in the order pickup area. They all went out of their way to assist us and we were able to pick up the order early. I only wish that I had a list of the names of the individuals who assisted us. J.C. Penny is fortunate to have such courteous people working for them. I would like to commend them all for a job well done. Customer Service is certainly alive and well at the Turkey Creek J. C. Penny.
