The vision of our 501(c3) nonprofit organization is that ALL people have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential through the power of work.Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee is based in Nashville, Tenn. The agency serves 48 counties throughout Middle and West Tennessee, operating 30 retail stores and two outlet stores, about 53 Donation Express Centers and 13 Career Solutions Centers. The nonprofit is one of Tennessee’s largest employers of people with disabilities with more than 45 percent of our workforce reporting some type of disability or disadvantage. Although affiliated with Goodwill Industries International in Rockville, Md., we operate independently through our own governing board of directors. Goodwill accepts gently-used items that donors no longer want, need or use. Those items are sold either in our retail stores or online at onlinegoodwill.com. Revenue from the sale of donated goods helps fund job training services and programs provided by Goodwill Career Solutions. In addition to retail sales, Goodwill depends on several other revenue sources, including state and local grants.

It looked like a great bargain, until I opened the battery cover and seen the old batteries in there and a lot of battery acid too. If you buy anything, just make sure to give it a good looking over before you decide to buy it.
- DMDrDave MJun 9, 20261.0I was going to stop in after work until I noticed a sign on their door. They have a sign posting no firearms allowed. This legally prohibits any law abiding citizen from carrying a handgun inside. Even if they have completed a handgun carry class, had a background check, and paid to obtain a handgun carry license. I does Not prohibit any criminal from walking in while armed. I am unaware of any other retail establishment in Crossville that prohibits legal carry.
- NCNick ColemanJun 2, 20265.0This is one of my spouses favorite Goodwills. Store is packed with numerous items at more than fair prices. Alot of times better than fair. Store is organized and clean, with clean bathrooms and fittings rooms. Also has plenty of parking. Staff is always stocking and straightening up when im there. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Thanx Ya'll.
