- ABAshley BlandAug 5, 20261.0Very disappointed this store their staff is ridiculous. They are extremely rude, especially the woman manager with short hair. They act like it’s an inconvenience to do anything for you even though five of them are standing around the register. We have emailed corporate and made a phone call. We will no longer do business here.

- JGJoe GreenMay 15, 20261.0I recently purchased a barrel laser bore sight tool from the Crossville, TN Dunham’s Sports location. It did not work properly for sighting in my firearm despite following the instructions. When I tried to return it, the employee at the counter refused the return and insisted “it works,” offering no help, exchange, or troubleshooting. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service for a defective product. I threw the item away and will no longer be shopping at Dunham’s. I was a regular customer spending around $100-$200 per week on ammo, accessories, and other gear, but after this experience, it’s $0 going on for several months now. (I just go to academy in cookeville now) Buyers beware
