  Wonderful customer service!! Had to do some large returns and they gave me no trouble at all. Louie (manager) was super helpful. Made the return process very easy

  This Dunhams has the absolute worst customer service and sales people of any Dunhams in the tri-state area, it is amazing, every single time I come in (I have bought multiple guns, athletic gear for my kids, all kinds of clothing, etc.), and every time I am made to have the feel like I am putting them out, and God forbid you actually have a question about anything.. I am pretty sure Dunhams corporate has sent they management team that they cannot fire for whatever reason we have to keep them on, they send them to the store so they will have limited contact with the public. Dunhams is the only store of its kind in cleveland and they have managed to alienate their entire customer base just because of terrible management and customer service.

  I called up to this dunhams and asked if they had any men's river sandals The guy says yes they do. We drive all the way here just to be told by another employee that they packed them away for the season which doesn't make any sense being that it is still 90 plus degrees outside. Very disappointing that we waisted our time. Went to the front checkout to express this to the same employee and all he had to say was "well, that's what I was told" What kind of store packs sandals away during the summer??

  Spent $130 on some new shirts, bought them unwrinkled. Got home and there wrinkled to hell and back because they threw everything in a bag reckless. Won’t be back.
