- DGDeborah GrayJul 21, 20261.0Purchased a blouse about month ago at this location. I wore it twice, washed in cold water and line dried not dryer. It shrunk at least 2 sizes. I called the store and explained that I no longer had the receipt but did put on a card. The girl said they could not look up by card (most stores can) but they would give me store credit. Great. I asked for her name and she refused to give to me. Went to store and they refused to take back without receipt or original tag. This new girl didn't even bother to go look for another one on the rack to get the info off the tag. I have been shopping at Bealls for many years in Florida original stores, not outlets and they have exceptional customer service. Not this Cleveland outlet store. First they need to train employees better so they have accurate information. If you can afford to spend money to only wear something one time then it's worthless, then continue shopping here. I won't. Even Walmart does better than this.
