Thrift StoreDonations Center
The vision of our 501(c3) nonprofit organization is that ALL people have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential through the power of work.Goodwill of Middle Tennessee is based in Nashville, TN, and serves 48 counties throughout Middle and West Tennessee. Although affiliated with Goodwill Industries International in Rockville, Md., we operate independently through our own governing board of directors. Goodwill accepts gently-used items that donors no longer want, need or use. Those items are sold, and the revenue helps fund job training services and programs provided by Goodwill Career Solutions. In addition to retail sales, Goodwill depends on several other revenue sources, including state and local grants.

- JGJ G3 days ago2.0We were shocked at how overpriced some items were compared to the other Goodwills we have in town. Nobody goes to goodwill to spend $299-499 dollars on furniture. It was absolute chaos on opening day and it was impossible to get out of the store. I felt terrible for the employees trying to navigate the store. Carts strewn about the parking lot. Definitely hazardous and shouldn’t have let so many people in at one time. Will maybe go back once the “newness” wears off.

- JCJames Cooper6 days ago1.0Does not except returns. Bought an electronic device requested to test before purchasing. Was informed that there was no way to test but everything is tested before being sold, and was informed I may return the next day within 3 days for a full return. That is a lie!
