  ⭐ 1 Star Very disappointed with the customer service I received. I purchased an item that was missing a piece, and unfortunately, I was not able to return it within the three-day period because I worked until 9 PM all three days and the store closes before I could get there. When I finally came in, I explained the situation to Robert and asked if he could help me with the missing piece. He told me that he was the manager, but he did absolutely nothing to help or find a solution. He simply said, “No, there’s nothing I can do.” I understand that there are store policies, but good customer service means making an effort to help customers and look for possible solutions. I also work in retail, and I would never treat a customer this way. Even when we cannot make an exception, we try to find an alternative or at least make the customer feel heard and respected. The worst part of this experience was not the policy—it was the complete lack of effort and customer service from the person who was supposed to be the manager. Very disappointing experience.

  We were shocked at how overpriced some items were compared to the other Goodwills we have in town. Nobody goes to goodwill to spend $299-499 dollars on furniture. It was absolute chaos on opening day and it was impossible to get out of the store. I felt terrible for the employees trying to navigate the store. Carts strewn about the parking lot. Definitely hazardous and shouldn’t have let so many people in at one time. Will maybe go back once the “newness” wears off.
