The vision of our 501(c3) nonprofit organization is that ALL people have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential through the power of work.Goodwill of Middle Tennessee is based in Nashville, TN, and serves 48 counties throughout Middle and West Tennessee. Although affiliated with Goodwill Industries International in Rockville, Md., we operate independently through our own governing board of directors. Goodwill accepts gently-used items that donors no longer want, need or use. Those items are sold, and the revenue helps fund job training services and programs provided by Goodwill Career Solutions. In addition to retail sales, Goodwill depends on several other revenue sources, including state and local grants.

- BHBeth HenryJul 14, 20263.0The is the GOOOOOD Goodwill, in town. I love shopping here BUT this last Sunday I went and there was a line from the front to the back of the store trying to cash out. There was only two cashiers. They both needed managers at the same time. The managers decided it was worth their time to just stand and watch. 😳😳 I felt so bad for those poor workers. I mean, one of the two watching everyone else work could have gotten on one of the two other empty registers. The big difference between leaders and just supervisors. I did buy a cute lamp of $5.
